Shipping policy

Depending on your location the time of your items arrival can differ. Please track your package according to the tracking number you received. If item exceeds 2 week turnaround time you are liable for a refund. (Weekends not included)

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit once they have been shipped by the carrier. Nor are we responsible for stolen packages. As a customer it is your responsibility to ensure you’re keeping up with your package while it’s in transit. 

We understand that this is frustrating, but once the package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by ups and any claims regarding lost packages must be filed with them directly.
